Vintage armchair model 2226 by Borge Mogensen for Fredericia, 1970s

Armchair, model 2226, called The Spanish Chair, was designed by Borge Mogensen in 1958. The chair is composed of a solid oak structure and a thick leather seat stretched by a system of buckles. This chair dates from 1973, it was published Fredericia Furniture in Denmark. It is stamped and numbered under the seat. Good condition, traces of wear in places, nice patina.
