Vintage table with extensions in walnut by Afra and Tobia Scarpa for Cassina, 1960

A dining table designed by Afra & Tobia Scarpa in the mid-60s. Italian walnut and walnut veneer. Cassina edition. It is 132 cm long and 206 cm long. We like the storage system of the extensions integrated to the structure. DIMENSIONS Height : 72.5cm Depth: 95.0cm Length min-max : 132.0-206.0cm CONDITION The ball bearings are not working perfectly, the table closing is not as smooth as it should be. One of the 4 has lost all its balls, see pictures. Traces of friction under the table top due to the rails. A slight discoloration on the table top. A small accident on one of the assembly points. For the rest, scratches and signs of use are quite light.
