Vintage Large wall mirror Italy 1930s

Veigelia is a precious antique mirror finely crafted by expert hands in the heart of Murano, Venezia in the early 1930s. The precious frame is covered with precious gold leaf and is made entirely of refined transparent glass. It is gracefully adorned with 14 white and pink glass roses. Each piece has been handmade by Murano craftsmen using the ancient and meticulous technique. The glass is free of splinters and cracks and the surface of the engraved flower-shaped mirror shows tiny natural signs of the past. A beautiful effect that represents the ancient workmanship of this breathtaking mirror. The back is made of solid wood that has been cut into the shape of the mirror frame. Two metal hooks make it easy to hang the mirror on your wall. This mirror was part of an Art Nouveau villa which is now protected by the Italian "Beni Culturali" "Cultural Heritage".
