Vintage desk by WK Möbel 1950s

chest of drawers (model 20) with bureau attachment (model 21) from the 1950s based on a design by Georg Satink for WK Möbel from the WK living room series "Architect Satink". This WK series was exhibited in the German pavilion at the 1958 World Exhibition in Brussels. Former sales price in the 1950s: 590 DM. Corpus in walnut veneer with two doors in ash veneer, two lockable drawers, a hinged work surface in ash and tapered feet. A unique mid-century design highlight. The work surface is coated with black Formica.
