He travelled a lot and his work is exhibited in galleries all over the world. He travelled many times to Sweden, where he regularly organized exhibitions, which brought richness and romantic nostalgia to his compositions. Marcel Genay has illustrated a collection of the famous poet Louis Guillaume, numerous television documentaries, articles in national and regional newspapers, and an article in the science fiction magazine Horizon du Fantastique. Marcel Genay's poems have inspired many artists. One of his poems has been selected for inclusion in the Anthology of Contemporary Poets. Today, his works are part of many private collections and galleries. The work was done on Arches Johannot paper. It is a top-of-the-range product made up of 75 cottons and 25 Mediterranean esparto. Thanks to traditional production methods, using a cylindrical paper machine, the sheets have a natural and harmonious texture, similar to that of handmade paper.
