Vintage Military Travel Trunk Chest of Drawers 1950s

Military Travel Trunk A mid-century military travel trunk with brass recessed campaign handles, made in pine, painted in yellow and black by the original owner. British made with steel handles to the sides and we have fitted it with 8” steel Hairpin legs. The adaption turns this trunk into a coffee table or TV cabinet or even a low sideboard or chest of drawers. The trunk has a pull out door and lock. The piece is an adjusted British military trunk circa 1950s for storage of personal belongings of a staff sergeant or warrants officer.
