Alfred Cox Mid Century Chest of Drawers Alfred Cox walnut chest of drawers on raised splayed legs, this item was made by a highly collectable cabinet maker. Alfred Cox was a great designer of post-war British furniture. He worked mainly with walnut and teak, designing and producing quality items of superb craftsmanship that are much sought after today. Many of the Alfred cox furniture were sold through the leading quality department stores Heals, Harrods, Maples & Co etc. This piece was originally sold through Maples & Co and retains its original paper label. Dimensions: 114 cm height x 47 cm depth x 86 cm width. Condition: In very good condition. Superb wood grain. Some signs of use can be found.
