Vintage Modular Rosewood Modular Bookcase, Poul Cadovius For Cado, 1950

Magnificent modular bookcase furniture by Poul Cadovius for his Cado manufacture of the 1950s. This three-part piece of furniture is of exceptional quality, made entirely of rosewood. Poul Cadovius has established itself as the reference in terms of modular mid-century furniture. This set is composed of a chest of 4 drawers, a small sideboard with one shelf, a glass sliding door showcase, a bar cabinet with a mirror and drawer and a series of shelves. Several of the pieces are marked with a "made in Denmark", and a label of the company "Cado". The whole set is fully modular according to your wishes. The height of the uprights is ee 195cm but they are fixed, as we did, above the floor. The deepest element is the chest of drawers which is 49cm deep.
