Pair of Vintage DS44 brown leather armchairs De Sede 1965

This pair of DS44 armchairs in a light brown tone is in good condition and only shows signs of wear consistent with age and slight patina. The sliding mechanism, with which the seats on this model can be extended by approx. 15 cm, works perfectly with both armchairs. The Swiss manufacturer De Sede has been producing luxury furniture in the highest artisanal art and in timeless designs since 1965. De Sede became known for using the best leather for their furniture, so only the best neck buffalo leather with a thickness of approx. 5 mm is used in the DS44 models.
