Vintage Diamond chair by Harry Bertoia for Knoll International

Beautiful white plastic coated Diamond chair with original black seat-pad, designed by Harry Bertoia in 1952 for Knoll international. The Diamond Chair is an astounding study in space, form and function by the master sculptors of the last century. Bertoia found sublime grace in an industrial material, elevating it beyond its normal utility into a work of art. Harry Bertoia’s wire chairs are among the most recognized achievements of mid-century modern design. The chair is in a very good condition with minimal use marks and this one was bought end 1970,s. We have two chairs in stock but one has a slightly discolored seat pad.
