Jacques Biny is een Franse ontwerper, geboren in 1913. Hij is de oprichter van Luminalite, een bedrijf dat verlichting ontwerpt. Hij creëerde een verscheidenheid aan lampen gebaseerd op een radicale benadering. Zijn ontwerpen combineren functionaliteit en moderniteit.
