The bookcase was made in the 1960s, designed by Danish design icon Kai Winding. The structure is covered with rosewood veneer. The legs are made of solid wood, stained black. The surface after refreshing. The inside space has been filled with practical shelves with height adjustment. The bookcase is an ideal solution for a large collection of books in a small living space. The bookcase has holes for cables. Previously, it was also used as a cabinet for audio equipment. Condition: The surface of the bookcase has been refreshed. Minor scratches and marks are visible. Larger traces of use are always presented in the photos. The product is ready to use. For safety reasons, the furniture may have its legs unscrewed and shelves taken out for transportation. Assembly should not be a problem. If you have any doubts, please contact us and we will send you an instructional video. Heavy duty shelving units should be additionally fixed to the wall with quick release pins. Kaj WINDING
Kaj Winding è stato un designer danese nato nel 1926 e morto nel 1965 all'età di 39 anni. Iniziò la sua carriera come designer industriale lavorando per le aziende danesi Verner Panton e Arne Jacobsen. Nel 1958 ha co-fondato la società Design-Craftsmen, che produceva mobili moderni per interni danesi e scandinavi.
