Oakwood vintage extendable dining table by Børge Mogensen for Karl Andersson & Söner, Sweden 1960

Round oak extendable dining table, model 140 from the Øresund series, designed by the Dane Børge Mogensen and produced by the Swedish Karl Andersson and Söner, 1960. Beautiful robust oak table with striking brass detail at the removable legs. The 130cm diameter round table can be extended with one or two of the 43cm inserts up to a length of 216 cm. Good vintage condition. The top has some slight color differences as would be expected of oak furniture of this age (see photos).
