Set of 6 vintage teak chairs by Arne Hovmand Olsen for Mogens Kold, 1960s

The architect and designer Arne Hovman-Olsen designed these chairs in the ’50s for Mogen Kolds in Denmark. Organic design with a curved backrest, making a devious shape, makes this chair extremely comfy—elegant and solid teak frame with original paper cord seat. Designed in 1951 and is known as MK310. A stunning example of Danish mid-century modern design with thin round tapered legs, woven paper cord seat and wide curved backrest. Only one chair has a small cord loss, it doesn’t affect the daily use of the chair.
