Vintage cabinetmaker's chest of drawers, 1950

Very nice vintage chest of drawers, beautifully made, from the 50s and 60s in the style of the Parisian chests of drawers of the time. The feet give a little height and ensure elegance and lightness. The front has four drawers, the original handles and side panels with smooth edges and slightly rounded at the level of the tray that bring comfort and originality to the whole. The 4 drawers are a good size and can easily store a lot of items. Finally, the color of the wood is soft and shiny and will attract all eyes in all entrances and bedrooms. The piece is in its original condition, it has only been cleaned to maintain its wonderful patina of age. Slight signs of use and marks of use on the top, some old traces and marks of use, use and time on the top (see photo next to 1 cent coin for perspective), the structure in general, as one would normally expect, drawer fronts (see photo), legs as well as a beautiful patina of time. Each drawer is clean, and functional (see photo).The chest of drawers is made of wood with a light walnut golden oak finish, very cozy. The 4 drawers have their 8 original handles (slight traces of time and use). The chest is stable and solid. What I like is a light and compact product, ideal for a small space, but with a very nice height. Dimensions of the drawers: width 72.5 X 32.5 depth X 11, 5 height.
