Vintage highboard model13 by Omann Jun Møbelfabrik, Denmark 1960s

This highboard was designed and manufactured in Denmark in the 1960s by Omann Jun. The piece features three storage sections that reveal lots of space and are easily accessible with sliding doors. The section on the left with 6 drawers, 3 upper ones are inlaid with green felt. The section in the middle and on the right feature lots of different shelves for practical storage. Also two spacious drawers reside in the bootom part of the piece. Four sliding doors feature beautifully sculpted handles. The piece is set on nicely shaped, tapered legs. The frame and legs are made of solid wood, the chest is veneered. Beautiful details not only add originality and unique character to the piece but also show extraordinary craftsmanship and precision of making. The sideboard is after subtle refreshment and is in very good condition. It is finished with high-quality natural oil that brought out the warmth and beautiful color of the wood.
