Set of 3 4875 model chairs, designed by Carlo Bartoli for Kartell Italy 1970s. Made of black polypropylene, they are practical, ergonomic, comfy and resistant. The legs are cylindrical and removable making them easy to store and deliver. Structurally, they are in perfect condition, although they show scratches and irritations typical of use and age (please see photos). Seat height: 44.5 cm The high impact-resistance and weather-resistance of 4875 permit outdoor use of this chair. Still under production in 2004, it was nominated for the 1979 Compasso D’Oro, and since 2000 it has been added to the permanent collection of the National Arts Museum – Centre Pompidou (Paris), and of the Kartell Museum (Milano).
