Vintage Cleopatra daybed by Dick Cordemeijer for Auping, 1950

Daybed bench rest bed named "Cleopatra. It was designed by Dick Cordemeijer, Dutch designer for Auping in the 1950s. The frame is made of beige lacquered metal and has an original lattice base with the Auping brand. At each end two solid teak edges with original lightly greyed beige paint. Good general condition, some traces of rubbing on the painted wood part.
