Sobre este mueble de diseño vintage

This is a beautiful set from 2001 in a more than perfect condition. Fritz Hansen Swan lounge chair designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1958. Red fabric, aluminum satin polished base. Arne Jacobsen Arne Jacobsen (February 11, 1902 – March 24, 1971) was a Danish architect and designer. In his youth he hoped to become a painter, but his father encouraged him to become an architect. Jacobsen was one of the greatest Scandinavian architects and industrial designers of the 20th century. His “less is more” approach ranks him among some of the greatest architects of the period such as Le Corbusier, Mies van der Rohe and Gunnar Asplund. What distinguished Arne Jacobsen from these greats was that his design was at the forefront of the Scandinavian design movement. Among the highlights of his impressive career are two highlights: his introduction of cutlery for Georg Jensen in 1957 and his design of and for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen the following year. Arne Jacobsen’s cutlery was revolutionary. At the time, it was unique in its kind, thanks to the use of simple and thick lines. It was different from Georg Jensen’s earlier styles and made a big impression on the design world. His functionalist approach dominated the world of design for a long time in the following years. In 1958, the premiere of the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen received worldwide attention. Arne Jacobsen designed the structure and interior for this hotel, making it an amazing and rare collection of exterior and interior design. Many of the designs that took place in this hotel became classic design objects, such as the candlestick holder that bears his name and the iconic “Egg” and “Swan” chairs for Fritz Hansen
