Vintage Lounge chair in Leather and rosewood 1960s

A re-upholstered leather 1960s large and a bit Brutalist - yet very comfortable - lounge chair. This piece has characteristics from the designs by Percival Lafer or Sergio Rodrigues. Yet designer so far unknown. The large armrests and new seating gives a great comfort to this piece. The heavy rosewood (solid) frame has a beautiful grain and the contrast with the soft brown leather really make this an eye catcher in any home. We gave the wood a fresh new wax coating. The cushion is completely new, and made from a thick, yet very soft, high quality cognac brown coloured anilin (cow) leather. Seat height 40cm.
