Pair of children's vintage school chairs by Casala

Super cool, mid-century children's school chairs edited by Casala, design, Karl Norfeldt, made in Germany, who produced children's furniture that was used all over Europe between the 1960s and 1990s. The chairs were offered in different sizes, all marked with a different coloured sticker for each size. ~ the blue dot: small size, for toddlers. ~ the yellow dot: medium size, for children from 4 to 8 years old. the green dot: large size (these models), for children from 8 to 12 years old and which is also the most sought-after in the range of sizes offered. The chairs consist of a frame and seat in solid beech wood, a seat and backrest in folded beech wood. All glides are present. Both chairs are in perfect original condition, with traces and marks of use and marks and patina of time in accordance with their age (see photos). Note: One of the old rivets of one of the backrests has been replaced by a screw. I have stipulated good condition because they are in good condition, I could have chosen the easy way and sanded the chairs and redo them as a new product, but what I like about them is the story they have behind them, the number of children, doodles and stories they must have heard, so that is what I am looking for in a vintage product, namely a story and experience. They have nevertheless been fully checked and cleaned because I do not sell dust. The chairs are comfortable, stable, solid and sturdy, with a very elegant, ergonomic design. And timeless.
