Set of 4 vintage nesting side tables in chrome and glass by Gallotti & Radice 1970

A classic set of 1970’s nesting tables by Pierangelo Gallotti for Gallloti & Radice in clear 8mm tempered glass with chrome frames. This clever triangular design allows for all the tables to be stacked away in a small footprint but then can also be set out in a variety of forms. They can be either used as simple side or lamp tables, or could be configured into a square or oblong centre table piece for a lounge area. They could also be stretched out as a long multi-layered coffee table to sit in front of a sofa as shown in the last picture. They are simple and stylish and also very functional. The tables are all in good vintage condition with light scratches to both the glass tops and chrome in places just as you would expect – I’ve tried to show this in the pictures but this is naturally difficult to do with reflective materials. The set also has the manufacturers mark to the main large table. Dimensions for all the tables as follows: L x W x H in CM 78x37x40 75x37x37 70x37x34 69x37x 31 The footprint therefore of all the tables stacked away under the main table is 78x37x40 cms
