Vintage French side table with storage for vinyl records

Vintage French side table with 2 metal racks with slats, probably used to store vinyl records. The structure is gilded with fine gold ( a stamp indicating ’Gilded guarantee fine gold’). Table top is black, made of metal. Light wear and patina consistent with age and use, some areas with faded paint and some rust marks on the wheels and edges of the top. From the 1960s.
