Pair of vintage Amanta armchairs by Mario Bellini for C&B Italia, 1973

A set of 2 Amanta armchairs recently reupholstered in a high-quality brown wool fabric from the well-known Danish weaving mill Kvadrat. The armchairs have also been reupholstered and offer first-class seating comfort. The white shells are in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear. An Amanta set in exceptional condition. The two elements can individually or as a 2-seater sofa. Mario Bellini designed this armchair in 1963 for C&B Italia. The Amanta armchairs were probably his most successful design and are still very popular today. C&B Italia was renamed B&B Italia in 1973.
