Pair of vintage glass and brass wall lamps Hollywood Regency 1970s

This is a set of wall sconces with beautiful long crystal glass tubes and garlands of small glass discs. These lamps are probably Italian but we could not attribute them to a leading designer. One stem is missing under a piece of glass, although you can't see it when they are hanging. All this is attached to a nice brass base plate with 1 light.
