Vintage Teak bookcase, Johannes Sorth Danish 1970s

The bookcase was made in the 1970s. It was designed by the Danish design icon Johannes Sorth. The structure is covered with teak veneer. The legs and handles are made of solid teak. Surface after refreshing. Inside the space has been filled with practical shelves. Shelves are adjustable in height. The interior of the bookcase has a practical solution of sliding doors in the middle of the furniture and three large drawers in the lower part. Additionally, it has a pull-out top which gives us the possibility to use the bookcase as a handy desk. The bookcase is an ideal solution for a large collection of books to be used in a small living space. Additionally, it has a great function as a bookcase for collector’s items.
