Vintage earthenware oyster set Saint Clément, France 1960

Oyster service from the famous faience manufacture saint-clément in france, including a dish of 12 oysters of 37cm and 8 plates of 6 oysters of 25cm. These authentic oyster plates are beautifully decorated. The rim has a rope rim design and a place for the lemon. Historically, the luneville and st clement faience factories had the honor of being the royal suppliers of the faience of queen marie-antoinette (1755 - 1793).
