Über dieses Vintage-Designmöbel

The GFM-64 is currently the most famous Polish armchair, a true symbol of the 1960s. It was designed in 1965 by the famous designer Edmund Goma and manufactured by Gościcinska Fabryka Mebli. It has never been mass-produced, which is why it is very rare both in trade fairs and for sale. The armchair has been completely renovated. The wood has been carefully sanded and recoated with an ecological teak stain with a satin finish. The seat was dismantled down to the frame itself, then the structure was reinforced and the cavities were filled in. New upholstery strips were added and a new high impact resistant sponge was applied. Finally, the seat was covered with a multicoloured fabric. The entire process restored the seat to its original state of more than sixty years ago.
