Pair of Teak and brass Bedside Tables, Italy, 1950s

Set of two nightstands, manufactured in Italy, 1950s. These two side tables have two flap doors with brass handles They are made of teak wood, Fully restored , the original finishing was removed to bring the wood back to its original state , then a finish was made with little natural hand-stretched shellac. The upper shelves are made of ivory formica , some signs of the time are present on them Mid-Century Modern design, rich in details, elegant and precious.
