Vintage rosewood coffee table by Séverin Hansen for Haslev Møbelsnedkeri, 1960

Coffee table of the Danish designer Séverin Hansen edited by the Haslev factory. This table is made of Rio rosewood. The wood species chosen for this table is particularly beautiful. The grain is a real design or hypnotic marquetry. The rosewood is visible on the top as well as on the legs. Severin Hansen's work on the tables is marked by these tapered legs and the triangle assembly at the belt. This design gives the coffee table a slender and light appearance. The labels of the Danish manufacture and furniture standard are visible under the top.
