Vintage Don leather office chair by Bernd Münzebrock for W. Knoll

This DON office chair, in a grey-blue leather, is in good condition. The cushions of the seat and the Backrests are impeccable, as are the armrests. The edges of the backrest show slight signs of wear. The turning mechanism of the armchair is smooth-running. The metal foot shows Signs of wear on the covers of the foot ends. W Knoll was founded in 1865 and quickly became known for its high quality leather furniture. From 1925 Walter Knoll was an important representative of the avant-garde and concentrated on producing Bauhaus furniture. Designed by the designer Bernd Münzebrock, the DON armchair was "the" armchair in the chancellery for a long time.
