Vintage "Lotus" lounge chair with ottoman by Rob Parry for Gelderland, 1950s

Lotus is one of the most loved of Rob Parry’s armchairs. It combines the reliable and functional solution and a modern combination of materials – metal, quality wood and homogeneous upholstery materials of good quality. End of the 50’s was this chair new and revolutionary. Separation of the frame and the materass made this chair more elegant and light. Very rare ottoman added to the chair made the set unique and one of it’s kind.
