Vintage mid century Kai Kristiansen light oak side table with small cabinet, Denmark 1960's

This very elegant design furniture in light oak was designed in the 1960s by the famous Danish designer Kai Kristiansen and produced by Aksel Kjersgaard. The set consists of two parts, a table bench and a separate drawer unit with two drawers. A true example of Danish design with its clean lines, elegant recessed handles and small details such as the tapered legs of the bench. This set is a real eye-catcher and can be beautifully complemented with art, books and accessories. The set is in good vintage condition with minor signs of use. The set is labeled on both parts (model #32 and 36). The table is not made to sit on. Dimensions: Table 119 cm wide, 40 cm high, 34 cm deep. Chest of drawers 40 cm wide, 20 cm high, 31 cm deep.
