Vintage rosewood bookcase 1960s

This bookcase designed by the famous Danish designer Johannes Sorth was made in the 1960s at Bornholm Møbelfabrik. The structure is covered with rosewood veneer. The legs and handles are made of solid wood. The surface has been refreshed. Inside, the space has been filled with practical shelves with height adjustment. In the lower part of the unit, behind the sliding doors, there is a large cupboard with an adjustable shelf. The sliding doors are an ideal solution in a small living space, because thanks to their use we reduce the need to leave a large free space in front of the furniture, without restricting access to its interior. The bookcase is ideal for a large collection of books or as a place to display collectibles. The furniture has an opening for cables. Condition: The surface of the bookcase has been refreshed. There are minor scratches and dents, which have been filled in. More significant signs of use are still visible in the photos. The product is ready to be used. For safety reasons, the furniture legs can be unscrewed and the shelves removed for transport. Assembly should not be a problem.
