Vintage Rosewood bookcase by Johannes Sorth by Bornholm, Danish 1960s

The bookcase was made in the 1960s, designed by the well-known Danish designer Johannes Sorth. The structure is covered with rosewood veneer. Legs and handles made of solid wood. The surface has been refreshed. The inside space has been filled with practical shelves with height adjustment. In the lower part of the furniture, behind sliding doors, a capacious cabinet is located. Sliding doors are an ideal solution for small living areas, as their use reduces the need to leave a large free space in front of the furniture, while not restricting access to its interior. The bookcase is ideal for a large collection of books or as a place to display collectibles. Condition: The surface of the bookcase has been refreshed. Minor scratches and small losses are visible and have been filled. Larger signs of use are always shown in the photos. The product is ready to use. For safety reasons, the furniture may have its legs unscrewed and shelves removed for transportation. Assembly should not be a problem.
