Large round vintage rug Pop Art, by Ege Taepper, Scandinavia 1970

This rug is an excellent example of a 1970's Pop Art interior. Manufactured using the high quality Danish Rya weaving technique by EGE Taeper in Denmark in the 1970s, it is made of 100% wool. It has a minimalist and psychedelic pattern in a mix of brown and ochre-yellow tones. An interesting room for any modern house in a nice vintage condition. Would fit well in any house with a 1960s-1970s decor or in combination with a modern mid-century interior. This piece is in fantastic condition with slight traces of use and patina, the absolute rarity is the original leather label by EGE.
