This superb quality British-made Abbess desk dating back to the mid 20th century boasts an impressive and desirable art deco Odeon style and originally from a bank in Scotland. Strong, sturdy and built to last, this beautiful piece with its finished back is ideal for placement in the centre of a room and can split into two parts for easier transportation. Made from premium-quality British oak, this traditional pedestal desk features a broad over-knee drawer as well as four flanking drawers to either side. A fully functioning universal lock and key secures all of the drawers with one operation. This piece also features a pair of pull-out glass-covered trays – one in felt baize. Black tooled leather top, and brass drawer pulls. This piece is the perfect centrepiece for any office or study. Used in a professional environment and cared for it impeccably.
