Description : This lovely set of tables and chairs produced by the British furniture company G-Plan in the mid-20th century. G Plan - E. Gomme Ltd based in High Wycombe, England, a major centre of British furniture manufacturing. The company was renowned for its range of high quality sideboards, tables and other woodworking items and for pioneering the concept of custom designed and manufactured dining room sets. The beautiful round teak table is extended by a central "butterfly leaf" that slips under the two main leaves when not in use. The popularly designed chairs are space-saving and can be stored under the beautiful round table. The ensemble presents a beautiful and rich teak grain, warm tones and rich colours. Article SKU : Condition: We have carefully stripped the table top and covered it with a coat of matt lacquer for a durable finish. All dining chairs have been cleaned and repolished and are in fabulous condition. We try to capture the state of peace as best we can in our photographs. Before shipping, all items are carefully cleaned and recoated with a new coat of Danish oil to ensure that your item is at its best when delivered. This item is in good condition and has no defects.
