Pair of Italian Vintage Armchairs, 1950

Set of two Italian lounge chairs , manufactured during the 1950s The black enameled iron tubular legs are a classic of modern design of the 50s, in the seat of the armchair you can read a search for beauty and sculptural details, the design is soft, in some places rounded but still severe and elegant. The current fabric cover with floral motif has probably been replaced by the original during the years of life of the set, it presents itself discreetly as well as the padding , but it is still a fabric with surely at least 20 years of life and we do however recommend replacement. you can request a quote for a new upholstery that will be done in our atelier
