West German Ceramics Ankara Fat Lava vase Carstens Tönnieshof, from the 1960s/70s. This vase is made in the well-known 'Ankara' glaze in green and black fat lava glaze. The bottom is marked 435/38. The possible designer is Heinz Siery and it was produced by the Carstens Tönnieshof company. It is made of earthenware ceramic and has a very unique surface structure. A highly collectible item from the Carstens Tönnieshof collection. The object has a very sculptural shape. Reference : 308837
