About this vintage design furniture
For sale a rare early example of Mario Botta's iconic Postmodern "Shogun" table lamp, produced by Artemide, Italy and designed in 1986.
This beautiful and sought after table lamp features two independently adjustable, perforated steel diffusers (one larger, one smaller), that playfully rotate around the same axis to create different lighting and aesthetic effects and stands on a heavy aluminium striped barrel base. In fair vintage condition, with paint loss, in particular to the shades, commensurate with 30+ years of age & use (please see photos).
