(some signs of normal wear and tear due to its age). This chair Bertoia says, "If you look at these seats, they are made mainly of air, like a sculpture. They are traversed by space. "1 is made of welded steel wires forming a wire mesh supported by thin metal legs. It is initially made by hand: each wire is bent by hand before being welded2. The result is an almost sculptural shape.
