Vintage Danish modular teak wall unit by Kai Kristiansen for Feldballes Møbelfabrik, Denmark, 1960s Danish mid-century modern modular 3 bay shelving system model FM Reolsystem. This set consist of: 4 Slats 150 cm 1 Bar cabinet with drop down door, 3 shelves, 1 drawer. 32 x 85.5 x 36 cm 5 Shelves, depth 18 cm 6 Shelves, depth 24 cm 2 Original bookends Each section is 86 cm wide. All elements can be placed as desired. Hundreds of combinations, as shown in the photos it is also possible to create two individual units. Easy mounting with hidden brackets that fit into the grooves on the slats. When slats are hanged, no tools are required for placing elements. Shelves inside cabinets are height adjustable. Drawer in beech wood with green felt liner. Slats are finished in satin black. Makers mark. A Classic Danish piece of Mid-Century Modern design, based on the brilliant idea of getting the bookcase of the floor for easier cleaning. Elegant and versatile. Good vintage condition. Light to normal wear, only superficial scratching. Gently restored with respect for the original patina, ready for use.
