Pair of vintage crystal glass wall lamps by Limburg, Germany 1960s

Beautiful pair of mid-century wall lamps or sconces manufactured by Glashütte Limburg (Germany) in the 1960s. Originally designed for bathroom usage, they can be used as bedside wall lamps as well. High quality thick clear crystal glass and gilded metal. Original label on both lamps still intact. Colours: clear and gold. Cast a wonderful light. Full working order, requires one light bulb each. Dimensions: height: 25 cm; width: 15 cm; depth: 10 cm. Very good vintage condition. Few usual chips to the rim of the glass, not visible at all when the lamps are fully assembled. Glashütte Limburg is well known for their glass lighting. The company manufactured many lamps which became design classics, such as the famous bubble glass lighting by Helena Tynell.
