Vintage 3-seater sofa by Georg Tams for Vejen Polstermøbelfabrik, Denmark 1960s

A beautiful, brown leather 3-seater sofa designed by Georg Tams, manufactured by Vejen Polstermøbelfabrik in Denmark around 1960. The deep brown leather gives it a very warm appearance, nicely complimented by the wooden legs in a natural, warm brown colour. The cushions of the seat and back provide a very comfortable seating experience. The piece has some nice details, like the gently curved armrests and the slightly outwards tilted legs at the back. A lovely piece of Danish design that will look wonderful in any decor This eye-catching sofa remains in good, vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
