Mid century Danish corner living room set in teak by Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen for France & Søn, 1960s

This corner sofa combination is designed by Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen and manufactured by France & Søn in Denmark in the 1960s. The table and both sofas are all 3 labelled by the manufacturer. This corner sofa is a good example of high quality materials and manufacturing. It is possible to change the side of the arm rest. The 3 pieces stand by themselves and are not fixed together. The table shows very beautiful drawings in the solid wood. The connectors between seat and backarm rests are in metal. The cushions and fabric must have been replaced recently because they are in very good condition: ready to use. If wanted we can also reupholster in a fabric of your choice.
