Room Divider by Jomain Baumann Tambour Screen, 1950. A very stylish Art Deco screen from the early 20th century by Jomain Baumann. Made in France, pine slats stained and polished. In good condition with age-appropriate signs of use. Can be folded or extended to endless positions Beautiful French folding screen by Jomain Baumann from Paris. The first design dates back to the 1930s and this screen is from the 1950s. The screen stands on its own, by placing it in a wavy shape. It can be easily rolled up and moved. The pinewood slats are made with invisible metal connections and therefore very solid. Apart from some minor signs of wear, this folding screen is in very good condition for its age. Beautiful as an (art) object in the living room or hallway.
