Vintage 2 bay modular Ergo wall unit by John Texmon for Blindheim Møbelfabrikk, Norway 1960s

Truly Scandinavian mid century modern wall unit in teak, 2-bay modular shelving with a secretaire and a chest of drawers, system “Ergo” was designed by John Texmon and Einar Blindheim for Blindheim Mobelfabrikk made in Norway in 1960s. Slightly curved cabinets make a warm impression, and sculptural rails create an elegant and grand looking statement. This shelving system includes: 1 secretarie desk cabinet with a locking key (H: 40 cm x W: 78 cm x D: 35 cm) 1 hanging chest of 8 drawers (H: 40 cm x W: 78 cm x D: 35 cm) 5 shelves 21 cm deep 1 shelf 21 cm deep and 14 cm high 3 teak rails-tracks 189 cm long There is small age typical wear such as shallow scratches, small imperfections on drawers lining or light patina.
