Roman Cieslewicz (1930-1996), a major artist of the graphic scene of the second half of the 20th century and a key player of the Polish poster school before conquering the world of graphic design upon his arrival in France. His eclectic work covers a diversity of graphic expressions from posters to advertising, photomontage, publishing and illustration. He is definitely one of the greatest graphic designers whose images continue to exert a powerful influence on the world of graphic design today.
