Vintage hurricane hanger, Hans Agne Jakobsson, Sweden 1960s

This mid-century pendant lamp was designed by Hans-Agne Jakobsson and manufactured in Sweden by his own company, Hans-Agne Jakobsson AB in Markaryd in the 1960s. The piece is made of metal, wood and glass; the central part is made of solid wood, the arms with the glass shades are made of metal. This lamp has six sockets for bulbs covered with super rare original glass shades. The rarity of this version of the lamp is that it has different coloured glass elements, 2 of each colour. The lamp is also equipped with the original canopy. The lamp remains in good original condition with a patina and is fully functional.
